At this time, Classix does not support subtitles, closed captions, or alternate audio tracks.
Due to the age and format of the original content — many of which date back to the 1930s–1970s — subtitles or multiple audio tracks were not originally produced and are not available for most titles in the Classix library.
Why Isn’t This Supported?
Many classic movies and TV shows were never released with captioning or alternate language support, and restoring or creating these features for thousands of vintage titles is a complex process. We are continually exploring options to make Classix more accessible in the future.
